After Tiles have been laid to allow sufficient time as per the tile adhesive supplier’s specifications for the grout and adhesive to cure sufficiently so that the purging system will not inflict any damage to the grout or adhesive. Always use protective equipment for eyes, hands and feet. Automated Maintenance Cleaning Auto scrubber: Add a solution of SPECKLEEN® STC 400 / ONE STEP in dilution up to 1:50 to the dispersion tank. Use SPECKLEEN® ONE STEP maintenance pads for a professional clean or microfiber pads on smooth surfaces. Rinse with clean water using the built in wet vacuum system. For sterile cleaning use SPECKLEEN® ENVIRO 500 and rinse with clean water. Walk behind / ride on automated scrubber / drier equipment is available from SPECKLEEN®

Purging of Porcelain Tiles
Manual Purging
Apply a dilution of SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM diluted between 1:5 and 1:10 depending on the degree of cementitious residue by mop to the affected area. Glazed porcelain is usually treated with a 1:20 to 1:30 solution. Use a single disc scrubbing machine with a blue pad or natural fiber brush to remove the contamination. Rinse with clean water. Remove residues by using a wet extraction machine. If cleaning by hand, ensure that the cleaner has rubber or latex gloves, eye and adequate foot protection. Where very bad spoilage is encountered, lay down a solution of SPECKLEEN® STC200TM first and then come back after giving it time to react with the floor using the above auto scrubber system. Use SPECKLEEN® ONE STEP Wonder pads for badly soiled tiles where normal purging does not restore surface All scrubbing, wet vacuum machines and sundries are available from SPECKLEEN®Auto Scrubber Purging Add a dilution of SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM diluted as above depending on the degree of cementitious residue to the dispersion tank of the auto scrubbing machine. For glazed tiles dilute in a 1:20 to 1:30 solution. Use with blue pads or natural fiber bristle brush attachment. Move over the affected area slowly allowing the SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM to have sufficient contact time with the substrate. Where very bad spoilage is encountered, lay down a solution of SPECKLEEN® STC200TM first and then come back after giving it time to react with the floor using the above auto scrubber system. Rinse with clean water and remove all residues by means of the wet extraction system on the auto scrubber. Use SPECKLEEN® ONE STEP Wonder pads for badly soiled tiles where normal purging does not restore surface Profiled Porcelain Follow the above system except where the tile has an uneven surface profile. In this case it may be necessary to repeat the exercise. NOTES:- SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM cleaner can damage sensitive surfaces like marble etc.- SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM will clean grout joints- Scrub joints with a soft broom or natural fiber scrubbing brush- SPECKLEEN® STC 200TM does not contain any form of Hydrochloric acid- It cannot and will not damage correctly grouted joints
